Proper nutrition is vital for pets with cancer. Join Dr. Jonathan Stockman, Dr. Sara Simpson and Melissa Vanchina as they discuss why.

Taste is an important element of pet nutrition, and when a pet is sick with a disease such as cancer, great-tasting, proper nutrition becomes even more important. In this 2-part presentation, explore the science behind what we know about canine and feline taste preferences and how this fundamental knowledge has been married together to formulate a food that supports pets with cancer. In the first part of this presentation, let by Dr. Jonathan Stockman, discover the importance of preventing cachexia and depletion of essential nutrients, and gain expert insights into helping mitigate the negative effects of disease-related malnutrition. In the second part of this presentation, Dr. Sara Simpson will discuss the details and data behind the new food available from Hill's Pet Nutrition that can support pets with cancer, Prescription Diet Onc Care. Lastly, Melissa Vanchina will share the key factors that have been identified in making pet foods taste good.

This webinar was originally produced by Clinician's Brief with sponsorship by Hill's Pet Nutrition.
